We ship worldwide exclusively with DHL
Please note you can choose between two methods of shipment :

DHL PREMIUM - PRIOR DELIVERY is faster and provides insurance of 500€ per package
DHL PARCEL INTERNATIONAL is less expensive but the insurance is only 34,05€

Shipment to non-EU countries

The delivery period for countries that impose customs duty is two to eight business days. Product prices are shown exclusive of VAT and customs duties; this also applies for German VAT. Please note that turnover tax on imports, customs duties as well as handling costs will be invoiced separately by DHL for each individual country.

Tracking

A tracking code is delivered for each shipment.
This code will help you to check the status of your shipment. Your tracking code is to be found on your invoice or delivery note.
